In these terms and conditions, all references to "us", "our" and "we" mean Diggle de Doo Productions Pty Ltd.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

We keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. The information is kept on a secure server and is only used to process orders from the digglededoo.com.au website. This information will not be released to anyone other than those necessary to fulfill your order. We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party outside of our business without your permission.

ordering
Once you have arrived at an item you wish to purchase just add it to your Shopping Cart. You can add as many items to the Cart as you wish and if you want multiple copies of each then please update the Cart with the number you want. When you are ready, click to the Checkout. You will then be taken to Paypal as the Secure Payment Gateway.

payment
Online orders may be paid via Paypal Account, MasterCard or Visa.

delivery
For orders within Australia, we use regular Australia Post for normal delivery and Express Post for Express delivery, therefore we rely on their processes and delivery times to your chosen destination once the parcel has left our warehouse. We cannot make any guarantees on Australia Post's behalf.

For orders outside Australia, we use economy air mail through Australia Post for normal delivery and FedEx for Express delivery, therefore we rely on their processes and delivery times to your chosen destination once the parcel has left our warehouse. We cannot make any guarantees on Australia Post or FedEx's behalf.

Orders are dispatched by us within 24 hours of processing your order.

estimated delivery time for ‘normal delivery' are as follows:
Within Australia: 5-7 days
Outside Australia: 5-14 days

estimated delivery time for ‘express delivery' are as follows:
Within Australia: 1-3 days
Outside Australia: 3-7 days

delivery of titles ‘in stock'
All titles are ‘in stock,' unless otherwise stated on the digglededoo.com.au website. This means we have a copy ready to ship straight away.

If you have multiple titles on your order, and one or more titles are listed as ‘not in stock,' you may prefer to hold your order to consolidate shipments. In this instance, we will contact you to confirm your preference.

If more than one shipment is required to complete your order you will only be charged once for shipping.

delivery of titles ‘not in stock'
Should your requested title be listed as ‘not in stock,' it will be stated at the time of purchase, as well as an estimated delivery time.

returns
incorrect products
We will accept returns of books within 14 days of the shipping if you were sent the incorrect product. Please 'Contact Us' and notify us of the error.

damaged products
You have 48 hours to notify us from the time of receiving the goods that the item is damaged. You will be required to return the item as soon as possible and then a replacement product will be shipped to you. No refunds are available in this instance.

Please return the item with a copy of your order or relevant personal details so we can attribute the return to you.

general returns
According to NSW and Australian Law (Trade Practices Acts), Diggle de Doo Productions Pty Ltd is not required to offer a credit or refund if a customer simply changes their mind, or has found the product elsewhere.

However, we do like to provide you with options.

We offer a "No Questions Asked" Guarantee to return any product a customer does not wish to own. No refund will apply, however, we will issue you with a credit. The items must be returned in perfect resalable condition, if the products have seals or wrapping, like a CD or DVD, then they must be unbroken.

You can request a Credit only when returning your purchase. You are required to pay the shipping costs when sending items back to us. Any cost incurred by us from Australia Post to receive the parcel will be deducted from the amount of the credit. If you are cancelling your order prior to us shipping the items then the same policies as a Credit apply to cover any losses incurred in processing the order.
