What others say about Dave...
"Dave Diggle was a singular and determined young man and part of an elite group that dominated British Mens Gymnastics for over a decade. His particular strength was a competitive focus and an absolute belief in his own ability – qualities that enabled him to defeat more naturally talented performers. He was, even as a youngster, the personification of ‘mind over matter’!
It therefore comes as no surprise to me that he should choose to specialise in this vital aspect of performance preparation. He has brought a straight forward and easily absorbed approach to the complex area of Sports Psychology."
Mitch Fenner BBC Gymnastics Commentator Senior Lecturer Cardiff School of Sport, UWIC, Wales
